A core part of E J Lance's work is as the resident Visual Artist and Heritage Office for Air Arts, University Hospital of Derby & Burtons NHS Trust's Arts Charity. A key element of this is creative project management. Through this, she delivers high quality Arts & Health projects. These projects are diverse: she is the Project Officer on the UHDB Medical Museum project, a National Lottery Heritage Funded project and works in partnership with both NHS and external cultural partners on the Air Arts creative wellbeing programme for staff. She has been involved in the Arts, Health and Heritage in both the East and West Midlands since 2003.
